Hello! I am Kristin Rowe, a Birth and Postpartum Doula serving families in Northern Colorado. With a deep passion for supporting women through their labor, delivery, and postpartum journey. My own personal experiences with childbirth have shaped my commitment to this transformative work. As a Mother of three amazing kiddos, each with their own unique birth story, I can relate to the diverse experiences that mothers face.

My journey began with my first child, where I developed pre-eclampsia, had an early induced labor, and a NICU stay. With my second child, I had the opportunity to have a full-term redemptive birth. Lastly, my third child’s arrival came through an international adoption, allowing me to understand the unique dynamics and emotions involved in non-traditional paths to parenthood.

All three of these experiences taught me the importance of having a strong support system and being well informed to feel confident in my decisions.
