What to expect
As your birth doula, I will provide unwavering support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way. From prenatal meetings to continuous support during labor, I will be there to ensure your comfort, advocate for your birth preferences, and foster a positive and empowering birthing experience. Following the birth, I will offer an in-home postpartum visit to provide breastfeeding assistance, address any concerns, offer emotional support, and even do the dishes if you need me to!
Additionally, I am passionate about lactation support and will be available via text/phone for up to three weeks following birth.
